Holt Architectural Ltd is a multi-disciplinary design consultancy based in the heart of Norfolk that offers a single point-of-design contact for any type of construction project: large or small. We strive to deliver (and exceed) our client’s expectations at every stage of a shared project. Established in 2012 by Managing Director Scott Brown (OCDEA ACIOB), Holt Architectural Ltd has the experience and expertise to provide a range of services tailored to suit each client’s needs and brief; from feasibility and concept to detailed design – even onto construction stage.
Scott started his design career in 1989 with Norfolk’s largest privately-owned construction company. In the three decades since, Scott has honed and expanded his professional repertoire to include working on the design and construction of projects ranging from multi-million-pound design and build contracts for major commercial clients to small domestic extensions for private individuals and everything in-between, treating every project with the same level of commitment. Every client is as important as the next regardless of project value or prestige.
